Nutrition Consulting: With consideration of personal likes, dislikes and possible food allergies, we help determine how to get your nutrients and what your body needs more and less of. This includes meal planning and grocery-shopping help, if needed. Nutrition consulting can be done at a personal, one-on-one level or as a general group, including corporate-sized.
Rehabilitation and Recovery: Knee pain, shoulder pain and back pain are common and so our injuries. When we are not helping people prevent injuries, we are helping them overcome injuries, pain and posture-related issues.
Wellness Consultations: These are only done on an individual basis and include multi-dimensional aspects of healing. Here you will learn healthy habits that go beyond the physical fitness realm of wellness.
